At the beginning, I reached out to a personal friend (also a licensed real estate agent) to help me sell my property—however, she was so buried with other Home sales that she politely declined and introduced me to her colleague, Michael Bouldin. From our very first visit, Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a GREAT communicator. I never waited more than a few minutes for a response, when a I had questions. Michael was with me every step of the way through the entire process—from listing the property, arranging open house dates (several!) and letting me know when prospective buyers would be touring my home. He explained all the disclosures and forms in detail and even met me at my work a couple of times to save me time and travel when I needed to sign documents by a deadline. I shared with michael that I hoped the entire process would not take more than 60 days and he had my property sold in less than 30 days, with the entire process wrapped up and closed before 60 days!!! Michael ensured the inspection process went smoothly and made recommendations that saved me money. When it came time for closing, Michael met me at the title company and sat with me while I completed the paperwork with the escrow agent to ensure closing went without a glitch.
